    Engage in conversation with author, Dr. Russell Fielding from Coastal Carolina University, as he shares his inspiration behind the book Breadfruit: Three Global Journeys of a Bountiful Tree. He will cover its botanical history, the darker history of its spread to the Caribbean via the Bounty, and its future as a sustainable food source.
