    Balance and Fall Prevention - Chair Yoga Join Wendy Bass, an instructor with the City of Myrtle Beach Recreation Division, for balance and coordination. Using a chair for support, this class focuses on improving balance and fall prevention skills while using a ball to improve coordination, range of motion and flexibility. No experience necessary.
