Description
In this Christmas season comedy based on Ebenezer Scrooge from the Charles Dickens classic A Christmas Carol, Gullah historian Donald Sweeper portrays Scrooge in the rich Gullah tradition.

See how the old greedy money miser handles his encounter with the spirit of his now deceased business partner, Jacob Marley, who comes to warn him that he will be visited by three spirits whose mission is to transform him from evil to good.

This reenactment is approximately 35 minutes in length and will be followed by a question and answer period.
