- Description
- Free Musical Concert --- Cousins Jazz Band The Cousins Jazz Band is a jazz group based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina They originally came together in 2018 to present a repertoire that came to include pieces by artists like Dexter Gordon, Wayne Shorter, Houston Person, and Miles Davis. The band also incorporates elements of spirituals, Latin jazz, and R&B into their performances. They maintain a strong presence in the local jazz scene and currently appear every Sunday in the beautiful Carolina Lounge at Carolina Seafood and Steak in Myrtle Beach. Cousins features Tamir Mubarak on vocals and woodwinds,Ray D’Argenio on drums, Tommy Pass on Hammond Organ, along with guest guitarist Bruce Whitcomb.
