   S.C. Legal Services will assist in preparing YOUR Simple Will and Advance Directives legal forms, which may include: Healthcare Power of Attorney; Durable Power of Attorney; and DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) forms for residents of S.C.
   
   To qualify for this FREE legal assistance, you must be at least 60 years of age and certain income and asset restrictions apply.
