   Yoga for You - Chair Yoga Join Wendy Bass, an instructor with the City of Myrtle Beach Recreation Division, for chair yoga. Chair yoga stretches the joints and muscles through deep breathing and gentle movement. No experience necessary.

   Through vivid descriptions, personal experiences, and reflections, this program offers an understanding of how Hurricane Hazel reshaped life in Myrtle Beach. Whether you lived through it, heard about it, or are learning about it for the first time, this is an opportunity to experience the history and legacy of one of nature's most formidable forces.
