    Join Wendy Bass, an instructor with the City of Myrtle Beach Recreation Division, for chair yoga plus.

    Wear athletic shoes.

    Chair Yoga Plus is a beginner-friendly, modified yoga session that uses a chair for support and includes seated and standing poses to improve flexibility, balance, and strength. The classes focus on gentle stretching, mindful breathing techniques, and relaxation to promote overall physical and mental well-being, making them suitable for a wide range of fitness levels.
