Kids Act Up! Summer Camp
Monday through Friday * 9:00am to 12:30pm *
Friday's session and family showcase has been relocated to the Myrtle Beach Train Depot from 9:00am - 12:30pm
The Train Depot is located at 851 Broadway Street, Myrtle Beach, 29577.
Free Summer Theatre Camp at Chapin Memorial Library. Hosted by Educator, Amanda Masterpaul, kids will explore acting challenges and focus on creating their original works. Funding was made possible thanks to Alternate ROOTS, the Mellon Foundation, and the Ford Foundation.
*Commitment Advisory: All participants must be committed to each daily session, Monday through Friday. Drop-off/pick-up is expected to be handled promptly.
*Notice of photography/filming: By signing up for this class you are acknowledging and consenting that participants could be photographed and recorded for media purposes.

Book Launch Event with Author and Myrtle Beach Native Jasmin Graham
Jasmin is a marine biologist and co-founder of Minorities in Shark Sciences (MISS), an organization providing support for women of color in the field of shark biology and ecology.
Her uplifting debut memoir, Sharks Don't Sink, is the story of a young Black scientist's challenging journey inspired by her innate connection to nature's most misunderstood animal - the shark.
Books will be available for purchase and signing. All ages are welcome!
