   Yoga for You - Chair Yoga Join Wendy Bass, an instructor with the City of Myrtle Beach Recreation Division, for chair yoga. Chair yoga stretches the joints and muscles through deep breathing and gental movement. No experience necessary.

   Exercise your imagination and skills through fun creative writing activities in a no-pressure environment. This months theme is poetry to celebrate National Poetry Month. We'll be creating blackout poems from printed materials, as well as other poetic activities if time allows.
