Join a Tai Chi Chuan class to enhance balance, flexibility, focus, and overall wellness. Scott Wissner, an advanced instructor in the art of Chinese Martial Arts for over 25 years, will lead a 12-week Tai Chi Chuan program with a strong focus on beginner/intermediate-friendly technique and steady progression. This is a (12) twelve-week program that starts on 9/17 and ends on 12/3/2026 and will be held on Mondays. Take this opportunity to learn classic movement patterns, build confidence, and develop a consistent practice.
