   Program Type: Adult

   Yoga Strength Join Wendy Bass, an instructor with the City of Myrtle Beach Recreation Division, for chair yoga. This seated workout incorporates both yoga to improve mobility and flexibility as well as the use of one hand weight to improve strength and build bone mass. BRING YOUR OWN HAND HELD WEIGHT 1-3 LBS. You can use a can or a water bottle to offer some resistance. Please go at your own pace and if you are unsure of what weight to use, please start lighter. No experience necessary.

   How well do you know Chapin Library?

   Join us for a fun Color Our World-themed scavenger hunt to find out! Participate on your own or in teams of up to four people (kids age 12+ welcome with adult). You will follow question clues to locate answers all around the library. Don't worry, each question will tell you what area in the library to search. The first one to complete the hunt with all correct answers wins a prize! Runners up will get to choose a prize from our treasure basket.

   Come show what you know...you might even learn something new.
