   Yoga for You - Chair Yoga Join Wendy Bass, an instructor with the City of Myrtle Beach Recreation Division, for chair yoga. Chair yoga stretches the joints and muscles through deep breathing and gentle movement. No experience necessary.

   April is National Poetry Month! We will celebrate by learning about the structure and history of Japanese style poetry, Haiku. Then we will get creative by writing our own.
