    Yoga Strength - Chair Yoga Join Wendy Bass, an instructor with the City of Myrtle Beach Recreation Division, for chair yoga. This seated workout incorporates both yoga to improve mobility and flexibility as well as the use of one hand weight to improve strength and build bone mass. BRING YOUR OWN HAND HELD WEIGHT 1-3 LBS. You can use a can or a water bottle to offer some resistance. Please go at your own pace and if you are unsure of what weight to use, please start lighter. No experience necessary.
